The Monarch Butterfly Garden Project is a program of the A.L. Clinton Operating Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Foundation and its sister non-profit, the A.L. Clinton Charitable Foundation, were established with generous gifts from the estate of Anne Louise Luquer Clinton. Ms Clinton, who passed away at age 84, was a long-time San Diego County resident who contributed to a long list of charitable causes during her life. The Clinton Foundations continue to carry on her legacy.
Please note that the Clinton Foundations are not related to or connected with the Clinton Foundation founded by President Bill Clinton.
